All products offered in this store are made to order and produced individually after an order has been placed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers integrated into Shopify.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production times, shipping providers, customs, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

According to § 18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are individually manufactured or made according to customer specifications.

As all products sold in this store are made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are excluded once production has started.

This does not affect statutory rights regarding defective or damaged products.
