All of our products are made to order. This means that each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or gift cards (if applicable)

Shipping Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
